2. How can I check whether my customer qualifies as an authority for which e-invoicing is mandatory?

You can check this for any company in Belgium via the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (CBE). If the section entitled “Capacities” contains the following statement: “Contracting authority - Since [date]”, then the B2G obligation applies.
