Software solutions for sending, receiving and processing electronic invoices

To send, receive and process structured electronic invoices in your accounting system, you need software that is connected to the Peppol network to be prepared for the upcoming obligation that comes into force as from 1 January 2026.

Do you currently use specific software (e.g., invoicing software, accounting software, ERP, etc.)?

  • No (e.g., you use word or Excel):
    • Choose specific software (the list of compliant software applications is provided as a guide).
  • Yes
    • Is the software you use listed as a compliant software application?
      • Yes: Verify that the software supports both sending and receiving structured electronic invoices. If not, consider selecting additional software that fulfills this requirement.
      • No: Ask your software provider if integration with structured electronic invoices is planned. If the software is already compliant, advise your provider to register it on the list.
        • In some cases, your software provider will give you the possibility to choose the Access Point in order to connect to the Peppol network yourself. In this case, please contact a certified service provider.

The list below includes various types of software: software that can only send e-invoices, software that can both send and receive e-invoices, and software that can also directly process these invoices in your accounting system. This list is specifically intended for end-user software, not for service providers offering integration solutions.

Are you a software provider

  • Is your software already connected to the Peppol network but not yet on the list? Please review the procedure and register through the sign-up form to be added to this list.
  • Do you want to connect your software to the Peppol network? Contact a certified service provider. That list is intended only for software providers and end users who are given the possibility by their software provider to choose their own access point, and thus differs from the aforementioned list of end-user solutions.
