Government of the Brussels-Capital Region decides to extend the use of electronic invoicing

Since 1 November 2020, only electronic invoices have been accepted for all public contracts awarded from that date onwards by the administrations and public organisations of the Brussels-Capital Region.

This measure of the Government of the Brussels-Capital Region aims to modernise and simplify administrative management through the extension of electronic invoicing. It should be noted that this rule has already been in force since 1 September 2020 for contracts over €30,000.
