BOSA DT

BOSA DT actively participates in the public authorities' efforts to promote electronic invoicing in Belgium.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    

Initially associated as a technical expert with the pilot phase of incoming e-Invoicing for public authorities launched in 2013, BOSA DT has gradually taken more and more concrete and diverse measures to raise awareness among stakeholders, stimulate the development of the open ecosystem essential for the widespread use of innovation, and facilitate the take-up of technology by administrations and companies. 

The implementation of Directive 2014/55/EU has been considerably facilitated by the existence of Mercurius, an exchange platform deployed by BOSA DT during the pilot phase, and meanwhile converted into a real e-mail room for Belgian contracting authorities. PEPPOL, the Business experts group Hermes, the new e-invoicing website, the first Belgian e-invoicing summit, are all complementary initiatives that make BOSA DT the driving force behind the development of e-invoicing in Belgium - in perfect coherence with its public service mission.
